MASL Summer Leadership Retreat

July 7-8, 2026

St. Johns University Campus

Description: Unlock your leadership potential and begin the year with purpose, creativity, and intention! Join us on the beautiful campus of St. John’s University for an energizing leadership retreat designed to help students and advisors think strategically, dream boldly, and make this year your masterpiece. This retreat is all about intentional leadership.

Together, you will explore how to design meaningful experiences for your school community, strengthen your team’s vision, and map out a year filled with purpose and impact. Through hands-on planning sessions, team-building challenges, and collaborative problem solving, every moment is focused on helping your group create something memorable and lasting.

You will also connect with student leaders and advisors from across the state who are ready to share ideas, exchange strategies, and inspire one another. These conversations spark creativity and confidence while building relationships that continue long after the retreat ends. Along the way, you will enjoy classic campus experiences, engaging activities, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate leadership together.

See flyer for more information regarding lodging and extended stays. Registration is limited to 250 participants, and advisor attendance is required so each school team can spend focused time shaping goals and plans tailored to its own council or chapter.
