Join us for an energizing weekend surrounded by incredible student leaders from across the state. You will be inspired by dynamic keynote speakers, connect with your division to share ideas and spark new thinking, and get to know the candidates who are ready to represent your voice at the state level.

Dr. Phil Campbell

Lori Hayes

Dr. Phil Campbell, known to his students and staff as PC, is a veteran educator with a passion for loving kids and motivating educators. His goal is to assist schools in becoming the best learning environment they can possibly be for students to learn and for teachers to teach. His philosophy to accomplish this is simple: put relationships first, genuinely love and protect one another, and create a sense of family within your school setting. With educational experience as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal, PC understands how to overcome obstacles to win for today’s youth and educators.

Lori Hayes has been described as being Relevant, Real and Relational. Drawing from over 20 years in education, Lori uses her comedic personality to energize, inspire and challenge audiences across the globe. 

As the wife of a high school administrator, mother, former classroom teacher, and Student Activities Coordinator, Lori has first-hand knowledge to relate to students, parents, faculty, and administrators. She is dedicated to Building an Army of Leaders equipped with the skills to recruit, retain and recharge their organization. 

Middle Level-Let’s Go Crazy for Leadership

Join us for a high-energy, one-day Middle Level Student Leadership Workshop designed to spark ideas, amplify student voice, and ignite your impact. Connect with leaders from across the state as you discover your unique leadership style, strengthen your team, and explore creative ways to make a difference in your school and community. Through interactive experiences, collaboration, and powerful moments of inspiration, you will leave energized, confident, and ready to lead louder, bolder, and brighter than ever.

  • Lunch will be on your own in the food court. Please plan to bring money to purchase lunch
  • Mall of America: The Overlook
  • Registration: Member – $35, Non-Member – $45
  • Optional: Schools will be able to purchase 3 hour wristbands for Nickelodeon Universe for $20.

Fall Leadership Forum

This forum is for your student leaders in your school. Students play a vital role in creating a positive culture at your school. This is an opportunity for your leaders to get training and skills to use throughout the upcoming school year and beyond. They will have the chance to network with other school leaders, get new ideas, and get useful tips to help create a culture of community in your school.
